Our Admissions Process

You can enroll your child at Mother Hubbard's Learning Center by completing our online enrollment forms and accepting our terms and conditions. Complete the application and provide all of the required consents and documentation.  One of our enrollment administrators will reach out to you after we receive your completed application. 

There is a $35 application fee.
